SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT
Important
You should have received the acceptance/rejection emails by now. If you had not, kindly write in to ifw2024enquiries@thetriumph.com immediately.
In order for your paper to be included in the Insects to Feed the World 2024 Conference programme, and for you to be allowed to present (oral or poster and in person or virtually) at IFW 2024, you must register no later than April 15, 2024 for the Conference (with full payment).
Failure to meet either condition no later than April 15, 2024, will result in the exclusion of your paper from the Conference program as well as from the special issue of the Journal of Insects as Food and Feed.
Virtual oral presentations and posters have to be submitted latest by 27 May 2024 (strict deadline) to the online system in order to be available to all attendees already before the conference in Singapore.
The complete programme of all sessions will be available on the internet by the beginning of May.

Accepted authors will deliver a 15-minute talk followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.

File must be saved in the PowerPoint file format (.pptx) in 16:9 ratio.

Any media, videos, audio, or custom fonts must be embedded within the presentation.

Presenter should bring a backup copy of your presentation in case of technical issues.

Please be aware that your presentation will be available for viewing virtually if you submit your poster online through the following link.
Therefore, it is crucial that you follow the timeline strictly.

Poster Presentations:

Dimensions: A1 size (841 x 594 mm)

Mounting: Tapes or Velcro hooks are acceptable for securing your poster.

Installation & Removal: Posters must be installed by Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 9:00 AM and removed by Friday, June 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

Poster Session: The poster session will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the foyer area. Please be available at your poster during this time to engage with attendees and answer their questions. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to set up.
